Our Myotherapy session may include
Massage
Massage is the manipulation of the body's soft tissues. The purpose of massage is generally for the treatment of body stress or pain
Cupping
Cupping invigorates local circulation of qi and blood in the area being treated, resolving swelling, pain, and tension
Dry Needling
Dry Needling is used for acute or chronic pain to target trigger points that develop within stressed muscles.
Somatic Education
Somatic Education will help you to ‘feel’ how you move & teach you, through micro movements, how to explore new ranges your neurological system may have not used for a long time. By retraining your brain with new patterns of movement, most people will be surprised at their increased range, how their patterns change & pain decreases.
