General Terms & Conditions  

• Evoke Mind Move will make every possible effort to deliver classes and services on time as advertised. However, there may be times when a scheduled class is unable to be delivered.

• Classes & Workshops are provided by Evoke Mind Move either at Bunyip Hall, Bunyip, or other Studio locations in South East Melbourne. Online classes are delivered to its members across Australia.

• Late entry is not permitted to any of our classes whether attending in-studio or an online class. Please ensure that you arrive 5-10 mins before the scheduled class time.

• Evoke Mind Move are not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason, or in the event you are unable to attend a class because it is full.

• Evoke Mind Move will not be liable to refund or compensate you in the event you have elected to participate in an online class and you are unable to participate due an inability to connect to the server and stream the class at the nominated time.

• Evoke Mind Move shall not be liable if the client's internet connection is poor quality and unable to stream the class as it is being held. It is the client’s responsibility to check the quality of their own internet connection.

• Evoke Mind Move does not provide lockers for studio participants to store their valuables and will not be responsible for the safekeeping of clients belongings while they are at the studio.

• All purchases are final and Evoke Mind Move does not offer refunds on services or products for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason.

• All passes and memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared.

• Age Limits : Classes the minimum age is 12 years old and if under 16 years you must attend with a parent or guardian. 

Awareness Through Movement Classes
(Applies to Studio Classes Only)

• Classes are booked in 8 class blocks, with approx 5 blocks per location throughout the year 

• Class blocks/ dates and location are listed on the website approx 2 months prior to start date, notification is sent for priority booking for existing members.  

• Live classes will be transferred to online Zoom classes during times which, due to Covid 19 lockdowns we are unable to meet in person.

• Sign up to become a member for FREE and you will be emailed a notification when new classes and events are added.   We recommend booking as soon as you receive your email as numbers are limited and classes fill fast!

• No refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions are offered on unused portions of the 8 Class booking due to illness, injury, change of address or any other reason.
